Taylor has practiced many different styles of yoga for over 10 years and now focuses on practicing and teaching vinyasa flow, yin, and restorative styles. She enjoys and offers a combination of dynamic, heat and strength building sequences as well as subdued, opening floor poses and also includes a focus on breathwork, mindfulness, and song.
Coming from a background of music and theatre, Taylor brings her knowledge of yoga teachings and the body to help other musicians and artists free the body and the breath. She believes that the linking of breath with movement and intention can be applied to all aspects of our lives. Taylor is Yoga Alliance certified.
