Nova Pierson teaches yin, vinyasa, restorative, trauma-sensitive, and hatha yoga and mindfulness in studio and private settings in Greater Victoria. As a social scientist and former journalist, she brings a natural and honed curiosity to the mat, creating classes and workshops inspired by ancient yoga theory and grounded in our modern realities.
