For the past ten years Kaitlin has had a passion for exercise and group fitness. She studied group fitness, fitness theory and weight training in 2016 at body blueprint in Victoria. She has always lead an active lifestyle by keeping a fitness routine and dancing any chance she can.After having a baby in 2013 she worked hard to regain her core strength and lose the baby weight. Now she wants to exercise and share her knowledge with others while having fun in a group fitness setting.
She first learned how to twerk in 2008 and has been teaching the defining moves of twerk for a couple years. She also wants to help women achieve their booty goals and build their perfect butt with sculpting glut isolated movements.
