Contortion is the practice of various exercises increasing the flexibility of the joints; bending them in opposite directions and prolonging them in a dynamic range that maximizes the body's natural movements.

The object of the class is to develop flexibility in a gradual way. We will work towards turning muscular tension into muscular elasticity and improving joint mobility.

  • Tuesdays 8:00 - 9:00pm and Wednesdays 10:00am - 11:00am

  • Please bring a water bottle!
  • Arrive 10-15 minutes early to sign a waiver and make any payment arrangements.
