A high-energy barre fitness class for all fitness levels. Barre-less combines elements of dance, Pilates, and yoga to build muscle strength, flexibility, and body awareness. It is a new way to tone the body by using isometric training to burn deep into the accessory muscles. This full body workout is intense and fun at the same time, with movements choreographed to upbeat music. No dance experience required.
