Want to work on your flexibility in your hamstrings, legs and hips? Don’t know where to start? Have you always wanted to be able to do the splits? Feel like your stuck and will never get there? In this weekly class we will safely work on increasing muscular elasticity and range of motion through dynamic and fun stretching techniques that work towards your front and middle splits. Derived off the strength building and alignment of contortion this class uses a combination of active and passive flexibility that is accessible to all flexibility levels. You do not have to be flexible to take a flexibility class. You become flexible by taking a flexibility class! No flexibility experience is required and all levels are welcome but this class is not recommended for people with hip or hamstring injuries. For those who want to work on their over splits - you will LOVE this course!
